The announcement says eligible recipients can receive up to $7,000 toward one of four degrees: a Master of Business Administration, a dual MBA and Master of Arts in Philosophy, a Master of Arts in Applied Catholic Theology, or a Master of Organizational Leadership. It describes the programs as flexible and faith-centered.
Under the existing agreement, the University of Mary awards academic credit for designated coursework in Christ in the City’s academic formation program, according to the announcement. The expanded scholarship opportunity is intended to help participants continue their education in management and leadership, the university said.
The university says online sessions for the MBA, MBA/MA and MOL begin every four weeks. The MBA may take as little as one year, while the MBA/MA and MOL may take as little as 16 months. The Applied Catholic Theology program combines online study with on-campus institutes and may also take about 16 months; the university notes that completion time depends on course load and pathway.
Christ in the City’s missionaries serve through street outreach in Denver and Philadelphia, according to the announcement. The university lists 7500 University Drive in Bismarck and provides enroll@umary.edu and 701-355-8030 as contact information.
