Bahr is a North Dakota Supreme Court justice, appointed in February 2023. Before joining the court, he served as a South Central Judicial District judge from 2018 to 2023 and spent 25 years in the North Dakota Attorney General’s office, including as solicitor general. His campaign site says he and his wife have called Bismarck home for 34 years.
