Bismarck State College volleyball took a set off seventh-ranked Bellevue on Saturday, Oct. 10, at the Bavendick Center in Bismarck, but the Bruins won the Frontier Conference match 3-1, according to Bellevue University Athletics. Set scores were 25-10, 25-19, 14-25, 25-18.
How It Went
Bellevue controlled the first two sets, according to the Bruins' recap, before the Mystics answered with a 25-14 win in the third set to force a fourth. Bellevue closed the match by taking the fourth set 25-18.
Bellevue's Bentlee Kollbaum and A'Lailah Perry combined for 31 of the Bruins' 51 kills, according to Bellevue University Athletics. For Bismarck State, Reese Duchsherer finished with 10 kills and 11 digs and Jordyn Rossow added 8 kills and 4 blocks, per the same release.
The win was Bellevue's 14th straight, the Bruins reported.
The Season So Far
