The 18th Avenue access off 3rd Street in Mandan will close beginning Monday, Oct. 12, for storm sewer installation, the North Dakota Department of Transportation said in an announcement published Oct. 8. The closure is expected to last up to two weeks, the department said.
Traffic to and from the Meadowlands area will be detoured through the north access onto Memorial Highway, according to the department. The announcement said the detour is intended to help keep drivers and crews safe while work is underway. The department did not provide a cost, daily work hours or a contact in the announcement.
