F5 Project announced Oct. 26 that it is expanding its transitional housing program in Bismarck, adding apartments for people navigating reentry and recovery, according to the organization’s announcement.
The first phase includes three additional apartments and will increase capacity by eight beds, F5 Project said. When the full expansion is complete, its Bismarck program is expected to be able to serve up to 22 people at a time, according to the announcement.
F5 Project said the program offers residents a supportive setting to work toward personal goals and connect with resources. Those goals may include finding employment, strengthening recovery, rebuilding relationships or preparing for independent housing, the organization said.
The organization said it is preparing the apartments and has created a Walmart registry of household items needed to furnish and equip them. The announcement did not specify an opening date for the additional apartments.
F5 Project lists its main office at 1122 1st Ave. N. in Fargo and gives its phone number as 701-210-2491 and email as info@f5project.org, according to the announcement.
