The City of Bismarck says E Boulevard Avenue will close between State Street and North 10th Street starting at 9 a.m. Friday, October 23, while the City Forestry Division prunes several large elm trees on the block.
According to the city announcement, the closure is expected to remain in place until the work is completed by the end of the day Friday. The city says no detour will be provided during the closure.
